Fantastic work to migrate Signal Surveyors onto the latest hardware and software platforms. Although the old system "seemed to work okay", analysis by TTG quicky revealed it was working on a "wing and a prayer". They advised on everything, from the hardware, to how to structure the user files. They ordered the hardware, set it up in their offices and then sent it onwards to our offices. After that they commissioned it and migrated our existing files across. We also now have a proper backup, done automatically, and the latest cyber security software. When the IT goes wrong (or you think it is going to go wrong) that is stress you can do without. The overall cost is in line with what we expected, but the relief of having a new, reliable, secure IT system, that works like a dream ... well that doesn't have a cost.
