Darrin’s technicians remotely connect and talk us through any fixes or even show us how to sort out relatively minor issues. When our old server became end-of-life, Darrin helped get our legacy platform converted to the cloud, enabling my whole team to work remotely or from the office, and it’s even faster and more productive than before. Darrin and his team also helped us to transfer all of our telephone requirements to VOIP further streamlining our processes and ensuring we could continue to operate seamlessly from wherever we are working.
