…a straight forward, no drama manner

We recently changed our broadband supplier for the studio and though the facility worked well we later discovered that the installers had not configured the network and the various ports we needed to give our clients access to web builds and files we held locally on the office servers. We had a urgent call from a client who needed access immediately and it was at this point we turned to Darrin Salt at TTG. Darrin remotely connected to our system and in a straight forward, no drama, manner proceeded to take control of each of the terminals to configure the access points we needed. The service and manner the exercise was carried out was exemplary.
